ToolPulse Weekly #5: ClickUp's AI Add-Ons Leave the Pricing Page

ClickUp's pricing page no longer lists its Brain AI and Everything AI add-ons, and Notion's AI now runs on credits. Everything else we re-read is unchanged.

What changed since Oct 29, 2026

This issue covers the 7 days since our last full check on Oct 29, 2026. We re-read 23 of the 30 tools on our watchlist from the vendors' own pages on Nov 5, 2026. Two of them have something to report. The other 21 show no confirmed price, tier or limit change. We could not re-confirm the remaining 7 (see below).

As of Nov 5, 2026, ClickUp's pricing page shows Free Forever ($0), Core ($9 per user per month on annual billing, "regular $12"), Business ($17, "regular $25"), Enterprise (custom) and MAX ($100, "regular $120"). Those prices match what we reported in Weekly #3 on Oct 15, 2026. What is missing is the AI add-on layer. In Weekly #3 we noted that the separate "Brain AI" ($9 per user per month) and "Everything AI" ($28) add-ons were "still listed alongside" the new plans. On Nov 5, 2026, we read the page twice and neither add-on appears. The page lists only these AI items:

ItemWhat the page says
CoreBrain trial, 1K pooled credits per user
BusinessPremium models, 1.5K pooled credits per user
Enterprise3K pooled credits per user
MAX10K pooled credits per user
AI Super Credits$10 per 10K credits, "add more credits to any plan"
Certified AgentsCustom pricing, Enterprise and MAX

We do not know when the add-ons disappeared; we only know they were on the page on Oct 15, 2026 and are not there now. The page does not mention existing customers, so we cannot say whether people who already pay for Brain AI or Everything AI keep them. One line of the page's "Super Fair Billing" policy says that if AI providers raise rates, ClickUp's pricing will adjust "gradually and transparently". The old "Unlimited" plan now appears only in a guest-seat footnote. If you pay for ClickUp AI, check your billing page and workspace settings before your next renewal. For the plan-level comparison, see our ClickUp vs. Notion piece from Oct 27, 2026, which predates this page change and does not cover the add-ons.

Notion

This is a catch-up item, not a change from this week. Notion's release notes dated Oct 19, 2026 announce "a new credit system" that brings all AI usage under one structure: Notion Agent, Custom Agents and outside AI tools. Notion says its new "Auto" model router delivers "frontier quality at 90% lower cost" across 20+ common tasks; that is Notion's own claim and we have not checked it. The release page gives no credit amounts or start date, and it names no change to Free, Plus or Business prices. Notion's pricing page, read on Nov 5, 2026, shows Plus at €9.50 and Business at €19.50 per member per month (unchanged) and prices Custom Agents separately: free to try, then $10 per 1,000 monthly Notion credits. Our watchlist had not recorded either item, so we cannot say when the pricing page started showing them.

Who is affected / what to do

  • ClickUp teams that use or plan to buy AI: work out your expected credit use against the pooled allowance per plan, then price any top-ups at $10 per 10K credits. ClickUp no longer shows a flat per-user AI add-on.
  • Notion teams that rely on agents: check your workspace's credit usage before assuming the plan price covers it. Notion's Custom Agents are billed per credit above the free trial.
  • Everyone else: nothing to do this week.

Smaller items that are not changes

  • Mailchimp: the euro page now shows "from" prices of €11.72 (Essentials), €18.03 (Standard) and €315.45 (Premium) for the first 12 months, against €11.75, €18.07 and €316.30 on Oct 29, 2026. The page does not say which contact tier these prices refer to, so we report no change. The shift is a few cents, which would fit currency conversion, but the page does not say so.
  • Kit: the page still shows Pro at $50 per month in year one (struck through from $66) and Creator at $33. It no longer states an end date for the 25% promotion; we recorded Nov 7, 2026 on Oct 8, 2026. Treat the end date as unconfirmed.
  • ElevenLabs: the $1 Starter first-month offer shows a countdown at zero, and another line says it ends on Sept 30. Regular prices (Starter $6, Creator $22, Pro $99) are unchanged.
  • Fireflies.ai: the pricing page itself shows no dollar amounts, so we again used the vendor's own pricing article (July 10, 2026): Pro $10 and Business $19 per seat per month on annual billing.

Unchanged since Oct 29, 2026

Of the 23 tools re-read, 21 show no confirmed change, including Cursor (still the Plus, Premium, Super and Ultra ladder; Cursor's changelog has no entry after Oct 20, 2026), GitHub Copilot (Pro $10, Pro+ $39, Max $100; the changelog shows only product releases since Oct 29) and Replit.

What we could not verify

7 of 30 tools were not re-confirmed against an official page this week. Perplexity's pricing URL returned "404 Not Found", and Superhuman Docs returned only its page title. We did not retry Canva and Midjourney, which blocked every earlier attempt. Make's pricing page again listed plan names with no prices. For Substack and ChatGPT Plus we did not read the official pages; searches found no reported change for either this week, and that is not a confirmation. Searches for other pricing announcements in the past week turned up no confirmed changes from official sources.
